Product Return Policy

If the product you ordered does not satisfy you (e.g. the shoe or clothing size you ordered does not fit), you may return it together with the retail receipt or invoice that accompanied it within 14 days from the date of receipt, packed inside its original packaging, without having removed or torn off the tags, and we will replace it*. If the same or a similar product of your preference is not available, e-tennis will refund the value of your product. The shipping cost to our store is borne by the customer (alternatively, by paying €5 we can arrange the shipment via Geniki Taxydromiki for both the returned product and the new replacement product).

Product exchanges can also be made at the e-tennis store in Thessaloniki, 99 Nikolaou Plastira, from 10:00 – 20:00 daily except Saturday. (The return of online orders can no longer be carried out at the Athens stores).

If the product you received is defective and has not been opened from its packaging (e.g. visible damage occurred during transport), you must inform us within 60 days by email at sales@s4pragnesh.etennisdev.eu, or by phone at 2311205080 so that we can replace it at our own shipping expense (after you first send us the defective product). If we receive the product and no visible defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, who will be charged the shipping costs both from their address to our store and from our store back to them. After the 60-day period has passed, no replacement will be made and/or the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

If the product you purchased has been opened and used, but you believe it was defective from the beginning (e.g. your racket cracked after 5–6 training sessions and there are no visible signs of wear, or there are minor marks/small impacts on the frame that you believe do not justify its damage such as cracking or breaking), then contact us by email at sales@s4pragnesh.etennisdev.eu, or by phone at 2311 205080 (Mon–Fri 10:00 – 18:00). Your racket will be sent to the official distributor who will determine whether the product was defective or not. In the first case, our company will replace the product free of charge or, if it is no longer available, may deduct its value from another product you wish to purchase. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR RETURNED USED PRODUCTS. However, if the distributor determines that the damage was caused by improper use, you are not entitled to a replacement and you will be charged the shipping cost if you wish us to send it back to you.
The above procedure applies to all products (except padel rackets) that are up to 6 months from their purchase date. Specifically for padel rackets, distributors do not accept rackets for quality inspection once 3 months have passed from the date of purchase, regardless of how many times the customer states they have played with them.

* If there is sealed packaging that has been opened (e.g. you opened a can of balls), the product CANNOT be returned. Shoes must not have been worn outdoors and their box must be in excellent condition. Specifically for returning a new racket, the special nylon on the handle must remain intact and the racket must not have been used at all (there must be no minor wear marks on its frame and no ball felt residue on its strings).

Shipping Orders

Greece

Transport on Greek territory is accomplished by Geniki Taxydromiki, Box Now or ELTA Courier. Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days for most ground destinations and 2-3 days for the islands.

We offer free delivery to all orders over 60€. All other orders have a 3€ shipping cost (up to 10kgr).

Overweighted orders over 10kgr (regardless of their value) are being shipped via ELTA Courier or a transportation company. For parcels weighing 10-15 kgr the shipping cost is 5€ plus 5€ for each additional 5 kgr. All orders over 10kgr must be prepaid before shipment.

Returns: The returning cost to our shop is 5€. Alternatively, customers may return their package with their preferred courier company at their own expense.
Exchanges: For exchanges the total shipping cost is €5 (includes return and redelivery).

Cyprus

Economy: Delivery time is usually 7-10 working days and he delivery cost is 7€ (for heavy and bulky items our online system automatically calculates the shipping cost regardless of the order’s value).
Free delivery for all orders over 120€ (up to 10kgr).

Express: Delivery time is 4-5 working days and he delivery cost is 12€ (for packages up to 2kg). There is an additional charge of 2€ per extra kilo.

Cash on delivery cost is 3€ regardless of the shipping method (Express or Economy).

Returns / Exchanges: The process is the same as in Greece but the total cost is 10€ (Economy service) or 20€ (Express service).

*All partners’ (tennis coaches and clubs) orders have a shipping cost of 5€ or more (related to their weight) regardless of their value.
